Bespoke Development
There are occasions when a company requires a system for which there are no suitable
packages available on the market, or the packages are too expensive to acquire or
to customize to the company's requirements. In this case we can develop a system
from scratch (but using components from existing systems), at a cost that will compare
favourably with most of our rivals.
We normally develop in one of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Windows Presentation Manager (WPF).
This is now Microsoft's preferred technology for developing Windows desktop client applications.
Like ASP.NET, it is based on the .Net libraries and infrastructure.
This means it is more easily capable
of supporting the latest programming technologies that are becoming available.
- Microsoft ASP.NET. This is used to develop web sites, particularly
those that involve retrieval and storage of data in a Microsoft SQL Server database.
The following web sites are examples of sites created using this technology:
ResourceBank Careers
and Aliaxis Careers
- Gupta SqlWindows. This was used to create the DCS system.
SqlWindows is suitable for complex systems with a large number
of concurrent users and a complex database structure.
It provides the quickest development time for complex systems.
- Microsoft Access. This is suitable for quick low-cost systems. The data can be
held in a Sql Server database, or in MS Access itself if the volume of data is not
too large.
We will be pleased to discuss your requirements.
